San Pancho Hospital staff with baby items from St. Peter's

Since 2015, St. Peter's has been providing handmade and new baby clothes and other items for newborns whose families lived in poverty.  Each winter between 2015 and 2019, the parish sent up to 50 pounds of baby items to San Pancho Hospital in Mexico where hospital staff put together newborn baby packages for families in need.

In 2020/21, with travel restrictions keeping snowbirds at home, St. Peter's provided handmade and new and gently used baby clothes, blankets, and other items to the Thelma Wynne Project, a longtime ministry in the Diocese of Rupert's Land that provides layettes to a number of support agencies throughout the city.
