Covid-19 Guidelines for In-Person Worship
As you know, St. Peter’s is planning to re-open to in-person worship services this Sunday, April 3rd. We will continue to welcome people to join us through Zoom, but we’re excited to be able to gather face-to-face for worship, for fellowship and to share the Eucharist together. For the wellbeing of all, there are a few parameters that we ask you to adhere to when you join us:
Vaccinations against COVID-19 are required, based on the results of our recent survey. We have a running list of fully-vaccinated people that was begun in December and will continue to add to this list as more people bring their Vaccination Cards.
Masks are strongly recommended at all times during the worship service, except when receiving Communion. People speaking from the lectern may remove their mask for clearer communication.
You are welcome to sit wherever you like, but please respect the comfort of other parishioners. Please ask for permission before sitting with or approaching other people - some people may prefer to keep a safe distance from others.
We will be having Coffee Time after the service, and recommend that you keep your mask on unless you are seated and consuming food or drink.
These guidelines will be re-evaluated in mid-May and on a regular basis thereafter to see if any changes should be made.
Thank you all for your cooperation with these guidelines. We look forward to the return of safe and meaningful services with you!
