I worked in Spiritual Care at Deer Lodge Centre for 13 years, as Chaplain and as Coordinator of Spiritual Care. Following retirement from Deer Lodge, I worked first as a full time volunteer at the Lutheran Urban Ministry before doing an Interim Ministry at St. Andrew Woodhaven and St. Matthew’s. Then I returned to volunteer work at St. Matthew Maryland Community Ministry, moving into the new identity of 1 Just City. Pre-pandemic, I served as Interim Pastor at the two-point rural Lutheran Parish of Trinity Thalberg and St. Paul’s Green Bay. I have a great interest in choral singing, now singing as a member of Les Blés au vent and Les Intrépides. The prayerful music and spirituality of Taizé have long nurtured my faith journey. I am grateful to be part of the worshipping community of St. Peter’s.
