Prayer Shawls are a tangible sign of our love and concern for one another. They are a comfort to someone who is going through a difficult time, whether that be illness, death of a loved one, or any other painful life challenge. They can also be offered as a sign of love from the community in times of celebration - marriage, birth of a child, going away to college.

If you would like to contribute your knitting or crocheting skills to this ministry, resources, including prayers before beginning and patterns, can be found at http://www.shawlministry.com/.

Completed shawls can be passed on to Shelagh in the office.
